LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

For over 25 years, I have coached, mentored, and developed individuals and teams to improve performance, enhance leadership skills, and provide real-time skills development through problem-solving. As both an organizational leader and as a coaching consultant, I have developed dozens of individuals throughout my career to reach their full leadership potential. I am certified in The Art Of Leadership, having trained directly with Dr. Robert Gass, an Organizational and Clinical Psychologist from Harvard University. Dr. Gass’ work draws on cutting-edge behavioral science research on organizational and individual transformation, and he has worked with Fortune 500 CEO’s, U.S. Senate Chiefs of Staff, and was engaged in organizational development in the Obama White House.


Additionally, I have studied directly with Dr. Bessel van der Kolk (completing his The Body Keeps the Score certification training) to deeply understand the research behind human motivation and crisis and stress response, and access tools for behavior optimization, mitigation, and recovery.
