It has been well documented that institutional trust has declined rapidly over the last decade or so. Additionally, there is a growing expectation that corporations need to express and live their values loudly, including taking a stand on current events and issues. Effective corporate communications, while often tricky to navigate, has an opportunity to build trust and loyalty, and has immeasurable impact on a company’s success.
As both an organizational leader and as a consultant, I am deeply experienced in both internal and external communications, and have worked with executives to craft messaging for employees, investors, government, boards, customers, media, and the general public.
